Allen Wilcox is the editor-in-chief of EPIDEMIOLOGY, and a researcher at the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS) in North Carolina. His research has been primarily in the areas of fertility and pregnancy. He is past president of the Society for Epidemiologic Research (SER), the Society for Perinatal and Pediatric Epidemiologic Research (SPER) and the American Epidemiological Society. He has an MD from the University of Michigan, a PhD in epidemiology from the University of North Carolina, and an honorary doctorate from the University of Bergen (Norway). |
