Registration Fees for the Delegate and Student include:

Confirmation of Registration:
Letters of confirmation will be sent automatically upon successful submission of registration.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Delegates unable to attend after having paid their registration fees, must provide a written request for their refund. Refunds will be issued following the criteria below:

$25 cancellation fee applies in all cases

without any justification
health problems
double payment

up to 30 (thirty) days prior to course, 50% of fee
no deadline (must provide medical statement)
no deadline

For cancellation requests received after August 20, 2008, no refund will be issued.
